Plan Ceibal is requesting expressions of interest and prices from U.S. educational institutions, companies and/or individuals interested in providing videoconference-based English language instruction to Uruguayan 4th, 5th and 6th-grade students as per annexes attached. Alternatively, Ceibal aims at signing agreements with educational institutions who are interested in offering their teachers or MATESOL students the opportunity to acquire experience in remote teaching using high quality videoconferencing technology, at affordable costs. Candidates could work as interns, for one academic year. They must have a C2 level of English proficiency, and B2 in Spanish (as coordination with classroom teachers is held in Spanish).
