Show Time at NPE 2015

In partnership with the Plastics Industry Trade Association (SPI), organizer of NPE2015, the U.S. Department of Commerce’s U.S. Commercial Service invites U.S. exhibitors to participate in our

Show Time program at NPE2015 in Orlando, Florida. Showtime is a free program that offers you a unique opportunity to meet one-on-one with U.S. Department of Commerce industry specialists from our overseas offices located in the U.S Embassies and Consulates. Showtime meetings will take place the afternoon of March 24th and all day March 25th. You will be briefed on individual market opportunities and challenges related to the plastics sector and market potential for your products & services. All meetings will last 20-30 minutes. U.S. Commercial Service specialists representing the following countries are tentatively scheduled to participate at NPE2015:

Show Time appointments can take place, either at your booth or at our International Trade Center (ITC), West Hall, Room W224. We will review your company information and provide a confirmation e-mail. Your confirmation will include details regarding the date, times, and location of your Show Time meetings. Additional export counseling services will also be available from U.S. Commercial Service staff during the show. There is no fee to participate. Advance registration required: These appointments are available on a first-come, first-served basis and the schedule fills up quickly. Companies that wish to participate must register in advance. All products and services must be at least 51% U.S. content and deadline to register is Friday, March 6th. *Advanced Promotion to International Buyers: As a value-added service, company information of U.S. Showtime registrants will be shared with buyer delegates coming to NPE2015 with our foreign Commercial Specialists. This could result in an increased number of targeted international sales leads for your company.

*Finance for Exports: Representatives from the U.S. Export-Import Bank of the United States (Ex-Im Bank) and the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) will be available for counseling. To schedule a one-on-one meeting, please choose the “Export Finance” option under the “Appointment Request/Country Selection” in the registration form.

**European Union Commercial Specialist Matthew Kopetski: Matthew Kopetski will be available to advise companies on REACH compliance (for chemicals imported into the EU) and RoHS requirements (for all electronic products, include home appliances). His industry portfolio includes EU chemicals, cleaning products, electric appliances, and recycling legislation and requirements.
