Welcome and Outline of the Workshops
There will be four multi-disciplinary workshops running concurrently – one for each of the themes treated in the plenary. Participants from different sectors will be encouraged to explore the theme – e.g., a panel of regulators, building owners and energy service contractors will hear from and question experts in financing of intelligent building.

(2) Finance experts will outline sources of finance (e.g., insurance company or pension fund vs. specialized funds, both for-profit and public-private funds) and incentives to motivate funding for thermal rehabilitation.
