ADB's Supplier Management System (SMS) Online
Suppliers interested to supply goods and/or services for ADB's institutional requirements are encouraged to register in by clicking on this: SMS.
Before registering, kindly note the following:
- Only new suppliers could successfully register in SMS. ADB's existing suppliers who have previously registered with ADB's supplier database and wish to be SMS-users are advised to contact the Contracts Administration Unit (CAU) at: oais-pc-cau@adb.org.
- Completion of the SMS registration will not necessarily result in your firm being added as a supplier of ADB.
ADB's Consultant Management System (CMS) Online
The ADB consultants registration system has been revised into a new and integrated system called Consultant Management System (CMS) for both consulting firms and individuals. The system is the repository of consultants’ records.
ADB asks CMS-registered consulting firms and individuals to update their records at least once yearly. Records not updated and dormant for 12 months will be deactivated and excluded from consultant searches. Read more.
