The Arkansas U.S. Export Assistance Center is a constituent part of the U.S. Department of Commerce. This Federal government agency is dedicated to helping established, export-ready, small-to-medium sized companies (SMEs) in Arkansas export goods and services, and compete in international markets. ITA is leading an aggressive program by President Obama called the National Export Initiative (NEI), an unprecedented effort to aid in the nation’s economic recovery and generate jobs by doubling U.S. exports by 2015.
