Tuesday, June 27, 2006 - The Oakland Export Assistance Center (EAC), in partnership with TUV Rheinland and FedEX, organized and hosted a EU Directives & Export Regulations Seminar in the Ronald V. Dellums Oakland Federal Building. This event focused on the new Restriction on Hazardous Substances (RoHS) and Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Directives, the CE Mark, export/shipping regulations, and how U.S. companies can use government assistance to export to markets all over the world.
