David R. Socher, Attorney at Law, focuses primarily on international business and litigation matters. As an experienced international law practitioner, many of our clients are foreign entities or U.S. entities involved with cross-border transactions and trade. Our business and litigation experience includes:

David Socher lived and worked in Tokyo from 1997 to 2001 practicing law in both domestic Japanese law firms and a firm co-founded with Japanese attorneys. In Japan, he developed a client-base representing foreign and Japanese clients on matters of U.S. and Japanese law, including U.S. civil litigation, advice to U.S. companies on entity establishment and operations in foreign jurisdictions, business agreements and licensing, and matters relating to import and export of goods.

David maintains ongoing consulting relationships and acts as General Counsel to several client companies involved in a wide variety of international Business and transactions and has been certified in Import/Export Management.
