This U.S. Commercial Service online program is being done in collaboration with the Arab Health trade fair organizers and affords two specific opportunities before and during the show:
- U.S. EXPORT INTEREST DIRECTORY B2B MATCHMAKING PROGRAM - a B2B introduction/matchmaking program
- SHOWTIME PROGRAM - select country specific Showtime Counseling opportunity
These two “no charge” programs are provided by the U.S. Commercial Service/U.S. Department of Commerce.
U.S. EXPORT INTEREST DIRECTORY B2B MATCHMAKING PROGRAM
Upon your request, the U.S. Export Interest Directory B2B introductory matchmaking program connects U.S. suppliers with interested international buyers.
- Activate your profile and add in key words to identify your products to the right buyer
- Pre-schedule meetings with pre-screened partners, distributors, end users, and buyers
- Actively accept or reject meeting requests to fill your time only with the buyers you choose to meet
- Use our website’s messaging system to communicate with your buyers before, during, and after the show

SHOWTIME PROGRAM
The country specific Showtime Counseling program connects U.S. suppliers with the U.S. Embassy/U.S. Consulate Healthcare Industry Commercial Specialists for selected market briefings and discussion of your questions and products’ potential in each country requested. Learn about how to best prepare for success and next steps for market entry. Our specialists will meet with you right at your booth so you don’t miss a minute on the show floor!
To participate in the Showtime program, please Register Here by December 21, 2013.
How does the Showtime program work?
1. Complete registration form and select the countries for which you would like to meet the Healthcare Industry Commercial Specialist.
2. Provide the times you are available to meet. Meetings will be scheduled January 28-31, 2013.
3. We will arrange a meeting between you and the Healthcare Industry Commercial Specialist from the U.S. Embassy in that country.
4. You will receive your final schedule of appointments on/around the week of January 25, 2012.
DO I HAVE TO REGISTER FOR BOTH PROGRAMS?
If you want to participate in both programs, you must register for each program separately.
