- United States Council for International Business
The United States Council for International Business (USCIB) is leading pro-trade group that administers the ATA Carnet system for temporary duty-free exports in the United States. USCIB recently joined Commercial Service’s Association Unit to expand awareness of ATA Carnets among the nation’s up-and-coming exporters.
- National Association of Manufacturers
The NAM’s mission is to advocate on behalf of its members to enhance the competitiveness of manufacturers and to increase understanding about the vital role of manufacturing in America’s economic and national security.
The following association is actively working with the Commercial Service to forge an agreement linking their common international trading goals and objectives.
- American Council of Engineering Companies
The American Council of Engineering Companies (ACEC) is the voice of America's engineering industry. Council members are engaged in a wide range of engineering works that propel the nation's economy, and enhance and safeguard America's quality of life.

Thanks to 38 Market Development Cooperator Program (MDCP) cooperative agreements since 1993, the Commercial Service and other International Trade Administration business units have worked with 25 associations on a wide array of foreign market development projects. MDCP projects last from one to four years and include federal funding of up to one-third of project costs. Seven associations currently have active MDCP partnerships.
