Below is a list of upcoming major trade shows held in Denmark in 2016

Ferie for Alle (Danish Travel Show): February 26-28, 2016

Ferie for Alle is the travel industry’s biggest and most important fair in Scandinavia with opportunities for visitors to explore a wide array of tourism offerings.

In 2015, a total of 62,855 visitors and 226 members of the press attended the event. The show featured 1,096 exhibitors, a wide range of activities, entertainment and competitions.

Hest & Rytter (Horse & Rider): March 17-20, 2016

Horse & Rider is Northern Europe’s largest exhibition for the equestrian world. The exhibitors offer a wide range of products in equipment, feeds, clothing and accessories. In 2015, 280 exhibitors and 52,000 visitors from all over the world attended the event.

The Horse & Rider exhibition also addresses professional riders with a great many exhibitors offering transporters, cars, stable inventory and stud farms. There are also competitions, a Danish Warmblood stallion show and several lectures that coincide with the fair.

Foodexpo: March 06-08, 2016

With 25,000 visitors and more than 400 exhibitors making it one of the largest events of its kind in Europe, Foodexpo is held every other year in MCH Messecenter Herning’s exhibition halls. The trade fair is organised by MCH in collaboration with a committee of representatives from the leading trade associations within foodservice and catering, hotel & restaurant as well as the retail trade industry.

Scandefa: April 28-29, 2016

Held at the Bella Center in south Copenhagen, this fair focus on dental products, dental equipment, clothing and research, and attracted 151 exhibitors and 7,755 visitors in 2015. Major multinational firms, buyers and dental professionals are among the exhibitors.

Health & Rehab Scandinavia: May 10-12, 2016

Health & Rehab Scandinavia is one of the region’s leading conferences on the health care sector. It’s also one of the world’s oldest such exhibitions, first held in 1936. More than 8,000 visiting professionals and users from Scandinavia and all over the world attend this annual event, and exhibitors from across the social, healthcare and assistive technology sectors present their offerings.

Copenhagen Fashion Week: February and August 2016

Each year in February and August, Copenhagen plays host to one of the world’s largest fashion events. In addition to the various designers and brands showcasing their newest collections on the runway, there are several trade shows that happen simultaneously. These fairs focus on an array of design and fashion categories, including men’s, women’s and children’s clothing as well as industrial and consumer design. More than 50,000 buyers and 1,100 exhibitors attend each year, along with a massive media presence.

MonitorExpo 2016: November 2-3, 2016

MonitorExpo is a trade fair and conference for the video, audio and lighting industry. The attendees to this event are generally interested in the procurement of commercial TV equipment, AV equipment, projectors and videoconference systems.

FoodTech: November 1-3, 2016

FoodTech is Nothern Europe's largest trade fair for the food packaging and processing industry and an opportunity for suppliers to showcase products to the entire industry's providers. At the fair, a wide range of companies within different product groups will exhibit. 8,288 visitors attended FoodTech 2014.

Offshore Wind International Business2Business Event: 2016

OWIB is an annual conference for the offshore wind energy industry dedicated to networking and contracting. Experts, buyers and suppliers from the world’s leading wind energy firms – including Vestas, Siemens and Vattenfall – attend and participate in the show.
