Established in 1946, NPE, The International Plastics Showcase is one of the largest and oldest U.S. based international trade shows. As the single largest concentration of professionals in the U.S. plastics industry, MPE is where the world comes to encounter the U.S. marketplace. Every three years NPE brings together a cross section of virtually the entire plastics and elastomers industry:manufacturers of machinery and equipment, raw material suppliers, laminators, fabricators, manufacturers of reinforced plastics products, plastic film and sheeting producers and tool die and mold makers. As a result, every three years this event has a pivotal effect on plastics industry buying decisions worldwide. The show's broad based value is reflected in the backgrounds of attendees which include representatives from all major plastics-using industries. Typically, foreign visitors come from 130 countries with substantial attendance from Canada and Mexico, Latin America, Europe, China, Japan and Southeast Asia.
