Located at the Gromov Flight Research Institute, the country's major aerospace design center, the Moscow Air Show 2011 is the international aerospace event for Russia! Exhibiting in the US Pavilion will provide companies with an excellent venue to establish or expand their export sales, overseas distribution, generate sales leads, identify licensing and joint venture partners, find new customers, meet with existing clients, introduce new products, assess the needs of the markets, and evaluate competitors.

Commercial Service staff in Moscow will arrange Gold Key Service (GKS) for 2-3 companies during MAKS 2011, with meetings taking place in the foreign companies' booths.

MAKS has an established record for providing business opportunities and attracting potential buyers. 65,000 trade visitors from 80 countries attended MAKS 2009, which attracted 735 companies from 34 countries, including 228 foreign companies and 507 companies and organizations from Russia. Agreement and deals worth approximately $10 billion were signed at MAKS 2009; MAKS 2011 organizers expect that figure to be exceeded at MAKS 2011. Economic growth in Russia, and Central and Eastern Europe are driving the demand for Western aircraft and parts and airport and aviation infrastructure.
