IFSEC India is the most important exhibition for Commercial & Homeland Security and sets the agenda for the future. The majority of key decision-makers come to IFSEC India. The event attracts exhibitors and visitors from almost all parts of the country. IFSEC India also has many international country pavilions and is visited by the world's top security experts. IFSEC India is held annually and attracts decision makers and security professionals from diverse industry sectors. The central focus is the fight against terror. In 2011, IFSEC India is moving back to New Delhi; it was held in Mumbai in 2010 because of a conflict with the Commonwealth Games in New Delhi. IFSEC India 2010 was said to be a hugely successful show, with 280 exhibitors from 23 countries, a 26 percent increase over 2009, and 11,341 visiting security professionals. There were national pavilions from China, Israel, Korea, Taiwan and the UK, in addition to the U.S. The Homeland Security Conference "Mumbai Attacks - Two Years On" was a key feature of the event. |
