ILA 2012, the Berlin International Aerospace Exhibition 2012, takes place September 11-16, 2012 at the Exhibition Grounds located on Berlin Brandenburg Airport, Berlin, Germany. Providing superb access to the EU's largest defense purchaser – Germany, other EU markets and the growing aerospace and defense markets in Central and Eastern Europe, ILA 2012 offers U.S. aerospace, defense, space, and security industry manufacturers and suppliers an ideal platform to present new and current products and services.
ILA 2012 will host the major aircraft, engine, avionics, and materials manufacturers and suppliers as well as aerospace, defense and space companies, passenger and air cargo companies, high-level military purchasing delegations, and police and border protection forces. At ILA 2010, 1200 exhibitors from 47 countries showcased their products and services, covering the full array of the aerospace, defense, space and security industries, to the 125,000 trade visitors. Contracts and business agreements with a total value exceeding $16.5 billion were signed during the ILA 2010!
ILA 2012 has received official Trade Fair Certification (TFC) from the U.S. Department of Commerce, underlining the importance of this trade show as a venue for highlighting U.S. aerospace technology. Under the TFC Program, the U.S. Commercial Service offers a wide range of support services for U.S. exhibitors, including pre-Show outreach programs to European commercial aerospace, space industry and military buyers, one-on-one export counseling at ILA 2012, and the Exhibitor Support Program.
