The Milwaukee U.S. Export Assistance Center is pleased to announce that officials of the Outreach and Educational Services Division of the Bureau of Industy and Security, U.S. Department of Commerce, will present a full day of practical hands on training on the Export Management Compliance Program (EMCP). Designed to help companies create or enhance their export compliance programs, the seminar will focus on industry best practices of effective export compliance. The objective is to help companies manage their export compliance requirements by implementing strategies and safeguards that can minimize the risk of an export violation. Participants should have a working knowledge of the U.S. export regulations. The training will be interactive in nature, providing case studies, examples, and ample written materials.
