Event Summary:
The US Department of Commerce & Watershed Capital Group have partnered to organize the 1st Impact & Sustainable Certified Trade Mission (CTM) to Europe. This is the first trade mission to exclusively highlight US fund managers focused on sustainable and impact sector. The European attendees will include family offices, high net worth individuals, pension funds, insurance companies, sovereign wealth funds, and other institutional investors. The trade mission focuses on relationship building creating a venue where European institutional investors have a chance to meet with the leaders of America's private equity firms focused on sustainability and impact. The purpose of the mission is educational only and is not for the purpose of selling securities.

The US delegation is composed of a select and diverse group of 10 GPs in the private equity, private debt and venture capital space. Sector focus includes microfinance, water, energy efficiency, consumer products, farmland and others. The delegation includes a group of GP's that are well-established but are not yet known to the international investment community. The trade mission provides an intimate venue for fund managers to form quality relationships with European LP's and a forum to exchange ideas and approaches.
