Safety & Security

The European market for safety and security equipment continues to be a promising market for U.S. suppliers.  Interest is on the rise due to recent attempted and successful terrorist attacks in Europe that have heightened security awareness.  Across Europe major challenges include enhancing homeland security, counter-terrorism, transportation and critical infrastructure protection.

The United States has some of the best safety & security technology in the world. From physical plant security systems, to explosives detection, to humane law enforcement equipment, U.S. products are in demand.

European end-users consider the U.S. security equipment industry to be among the world leaders in the global marketplace.  U.S. producers should continue to have a competitive advantage in Europe because U.S. technology overall is considered technologically advanced and sophisticated.

The U.S. Commercial Service Offices in Europe can work with your firm to identify opportunities for your products.
