This mission will promote U.S. exports in a broad range of leading U.S. infrastructure industrial sectors with an emphasis on project management and engineering (including construction, architecture and design), renewable energy (solar, wind, waste-to-energy), smart grid and energy efficiency, and environmental technologies (including water/wastewater; air pollution control; and waste management). The mission will focus on helping U.S. companies doing business in the target markets to increase their current level of exports and business interests and U.S. companies that are experienced exporters enter these markets for the first time in support of creating jobs in the United States.

Industry Focus:

  • Environmental technologies (including water/wastewater; air pollution control; and waste management)

Application Deadline:

The application deadline for this mission will be Friday, January 17, 2014.

Applications received after the January 17th deadline will be considered as time and space permits.

Application Notification:

Companies should receive final notification regarding the status of their application no later than Friday, January 31, 2014.

Participation Fee:

After a company has been selected to participate on the mission, a payment to the

Department of Commerce in the

form of a participation fee is required. The fee schedule for the mission is below:

  • $11,500 for large firms
  • $9,000 for a small or medium-sized enterprises (SMEs)
  • $3000 each additional firm representative (large firm or SME)

Expenses for air travel, lodging, most meals, and incidentals will be the responsibility of each mission participant.
