Automechanika 2014

September 16 – 20, 2014 in Frankfurt am Main, Germany

Automechanika, held every two years in Frankfurt, is Europe’s premier trade fair for the automotive aftermarket industry. In 2012, Automechanika attracted 4,597 exhibitors from 74 countries and approximately 148,000 trade visitors from 176 countries. A global brand, Automechanika addresses and attracts an international audience. In 2014, Automechanika Frankfurt will spotlight the commercial vehicle sector, and further commit to global trends such as infotainment and sustainable mobility.

Automechanika is increasingly becoming a platform for original equipment fitters in the automobile industry, distinguished by innovations and new functions, systems and new technologies. Automechanika’s international significance – more than 80% of exhibitors and 45% of visitors come from outside Germany – provides multiple opportunities in this sector, too.

Certified by the U.S. Department of Commerce, Automechanika 2014 is the world’s largest trade fair for the automotive aftermarket. Automechanika 2014 spotlights innovations and solutions in the sectors of automotive parts and components, electronics and systems, repair and maintenance, accessories and tuning, service stations and car wash, as well as IT and management. In addition to established sectors and technologies, Automechanika continuously adapts to global trends such as sustainability and the protection of the environment. Accordingly, Automechanika introduced its “greendirectory,” listing an elite group of exhibitors that offer promising solutions in the field of sustainable technology and services.
