USA - South Africa Border Surveillance Technology Cooperation Symposium is a full-day, invitation-only event produced by the U.S. Commercial Service in South Africa and Kallman Worldwide, organizers of the U.S. Pavilion at Africa Aerospace & Defense Exposition 2014.

The symposium will feature presentations by U.S. and South African representatives from government, private sector and NGOs who have an interest in land and air surveillance technologies and network & communications interoperability. Briefings, challenges and solutions to the burgeoning border security and poaching problems afflicting many African nations will be addressed by experienced experts from both nations. This symposium will take place at South African Council for Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR) International Convention Center in Pretoria, South Africa, 16 September 2014, the eve of the biennial Africa Aerospace & Defense Exposition (September 17-21, 2014).

Symposium Highlights:
