The Singapore Airshow, Asia's largest aerospace and defense event, is one of the top three air shows in the world. This biennial event serves as a global marketplace and networking powerhouse for the world's military and civil aviation community. Singapore Airshow also features a series of high-level conferences dedicated to leading players in the global aviation industry- the Singapore Airshow Aviation Leadership Summit (ALS), the Asia-Pacific Security Conference, Unmanned Systems Conference and the Land Defense Conference.
In 2012, the third edition of the biennial show was its biggest ever, setting new records for value of deals announced at over US$31billion according to the show's organizer, a threefold increase from the previous event in 2010. With some 900 exhibiting companies from 50 countries, 274 official delegations from 70 countries and almost 45,000 professional visitors from all over the world, the Singapore Airshow is the place to be to tap the unprecedented business opportunities in Asia Pacific's fast growing markets.
