CommunicAsia, held in conjunction with Broadcast Asia and Enterprise IT, is the most established and comprehensive ICT event in Asia. They will be held from June 18-21, 2013 in Singapore and is an excellent platform for U.S. ICT companies interested in exporting to Asia. In 2012, CommunicAsia & EnterpriseIT attracted 26,146 visitors, 50.5% were from overseas, while BroadcastAsia attracted 11,200 visitors, nearly 57% were from overseas. The Shanghai International Disaster Reduction & Security Exhibition (SIDRS) is Asia's largest and China's official event for disaster management, emergency response, and safety and security. SIDRS is a unique and strategic platform bringing together stakeholders from the government and private sectors who are involved in ensuring the safety and security of civilians against natural disasters, national and municipal emergencies, and other internal and external security threats. SIDRS features the largest display of state-of-the-art technology, products and services in areas of pre-disaster monitoring & forecasting, disaster relief and post-disaster reconstruction, emergency response, fire protection, and security equipment & technology.
Managed by the Shanghai International Advertising & Exhibition Co., Ltd, SIDRS acts as a procurement platform for various local governments and disaster reduction agencies in procuring products and services. SIDRS is the ONLY show organized by the local governing Shanghai Municipal Commission of Commerce and the Dujiangyan City Government of Sichuan Province. Attendees are from nationwide, local government office, and international organizations.
