The National Restaurant Association Restaurant, Hotel-Motel Show (NRA Show) is the Western Hemisphere's largest foodservice and hospitality event. NRA Show attracts approximately 60,000 attendees along with approximately 2,000 exhibiting organizations.
The Show is an outstanding source for products, information and contacts. In addition to the huge array of exhibitors, over 80 education sessions presented by world-class experts, scores of culinary demonstrations and competitions presented by premier chefs and restaurateurs, keynote addresses by internationally recognized leaders, and other features and programs are all available free to registered attendees.
Special Accommodations are made for international guests. For example, all foreign attendees are invited to attend the annual International Reception. Additionally, the Back-of the-House Tours provide behind the scenes perspectives into leading Chicago foodservice operations exclusively for international attendees.
The two-day International Wine, Spirits & Beer Event (IWSB) is run concurrently with the NRA Show. IWSB is the only beverage alcohol event exclusively for foodservice and hospitality operators. Since its inception in 2008, IWSB provides operators with highly focused forum for the beverage alcohol products, information and contacts. In addition to face-to-face contact with a wide array of vintners, distillers and brewers IWSB hosts beverage alcohol-food pairings and a wide ranging education program. The NRA Show-IWSB Event combination provides an unsurpassed venue for restaurateurs and other foodservice and hospitality operators to cost effectively improve their businesses.
There will be approximately 900 product categories to choose from, including but not limited to china, glassware, tableware, pizza ovens, griddles and grills, broilers, uniforms, hotel equipment and supplies, sauces, pizza, salads, soup bases snack foods, meats (game and processed), and other products directly related to the restaurant/foodservice/lodging industry. |
