Event Summary:
The U.S. Commercial Service in Seattle will be hosting a delegation from Qatar on February 21/22 that will include both the U.S. Ambassador to Qatar and the Supreme Committee Chair. The delegation will be in Seattle to promote and share the Emir's 2030 Vision Statement, plans for the FIFA 2022 World Cup Games, and the related projects associated with them. Join us for a breakfast briefing on February 21 to learn about upcoming opportunities including: •Expansion of the new Doha airport: $10 billion •900 km of new road projects: $20 billion •4 subway lines / 3 light rail projects: $35 billion •A new port - $15 billion and more, including plans and needs for the World Cup 2022, which will be held in Doha.
