U.S. Origin Clause

It is the policy of the U.S. Department of Commerce to promote products at overseas trade shows only of those U.S. companies whose products or services are labeled “Made in USA” or, if not so labeled, have at least 51 percent U.S. content. The percentage of U.S. content can take into account material, labor, equipment and factory overhead, R&D, design, and intellectual property, as well as U.S. sourced administrative, marketing, sales distribution and other costs that can be appropriately allocated to the exported product or service. If your products are not marked “Made in USA,” please read the following document1.
