The U.S. Department of Commerce encourages you to exhibit at EXA 2009, the largest show for sporting arms, security and outdoor articles and accessories in Italy for over 27 years.
EXA is one of the most important show at international level and it is really loved and well attended by the PUBLIC which certainly plays a leading role as the record figures registered in the 2008 edition: 42.000 visitors and 800 exhibitors coming from more than 25 nations.
The U.S. Commercial Service will have a booth at EXA 2009 to promote and coordinate the participation of U.S. Companies exhibiting at the event.
Participation in this exhibition is an ideal forum for U.S. firms interested in entering into or expanding their presence in the Italian and European markets. EXA will occupy an area, covering over 20,000 square meters of exhibition floor space in the restored exhibition area in Brescia known as 'Fiera'.

About the U.S. Pavilion:
The Commercial Section of the U.S. Consulate in Milan will organize a U.S. Pavilion at EXA.
For a partecipation fee of Euro 2,600, we will provide U.S. exhibitors with a 10’ x 10’ turnkey booth within the Pavilion, fully equipped.
As part of the package, we will take care of all show logistics (registration, booth construction, translation of the product description for insertion in the show catalog etc.. Moreover, we will provide U.S. exhibitors with on site assistance before, during and after the show, we will make hotel reservations at special consular rates, and we will assist with a staff of qualified interpreters.

U.S. Origin Clause
It is the policy of the U.S. Department of Commerce to promote products at overseas trade shows only of those U.S. companies whose products or services are labeled “Made in USA” or, if not so labeled, have at least 51 percent U.S. content. The percentage of U.S. content can take into account material, labor, equipment and factory overhead, R&D, design, and intellectual property, as well as U.S. sourced administrative, marketing, sales distribution and other costs that can be appropriately allocated to the exported product or service.
