Service Delay Alert:
CS Mexico will not be fulfulling the majority of new service requests effective immediately until early July due to five significant Trade Missions being supported in May/June. As such, the soonest that the service requests submitted between now and the end of June can likely be fulfilled is July 8th for an International Company Profile (ICP), July 15th for an Initial Market Check (IMC) and July 29th for a Gold Key Service (GKS) or International Partner Search (IPS). Te exact date for each client will depend on when the service request is submitted as well as Post’s resource availability. Individual service requests will be handled on case by case basis as they are received, and services could happen sooner than July depending on the industry sector. Please also note that summer, in general, is a more difficult time to schedule appointments with and receive feedback from Mexican contacts, due to summer vacation absences. CS Mexico may recommend a fall time frame, depending on the service/industry. CS Mexico will still be accepting/declining service requests during this time; however the standardized response time of 7 business days has been extended to a 14 business days given Post’s capacity constraints. Thanks for your understanding.
