In 1913, the Department of Commerce’s Bureau of Foreign and Domestic Commerce opened an office in New York City in the new Alexander Hamilton U.S. Custom House in Lower Manhattan.  The opening of a branch office by the Department of Commerce was an unprecedented event in 1913 and the New York City location was the first of what ultimately became 108 U.S. Export Assistance Centers around the country.

The New York District Export Council cordially invites you to attend the celebration marking the 100th anniversary of what has become the New York U.S. Export Assistance Center. The event will be held on the original site of the New York office at One Bowling Green, New York, New York. Registration will begin at 8:30 a.m., followed by a speaker program, SelectUSA presentation, panel discussion featuring successful exporters, and networking reception. The centennial celebration will conclude by 12:30 p.m.

Space is limited, so please register below.
