Resume of Wayne P. Cooper

Wayne Cooper was born and raised in Oklahoma.  He moved to Charlotte North Carolina in 1976 after living in Mexico for several years.  With more than 35 years of International business experience, Cooper founded Continental Transfer, LLC dba TelecommUSA.

He grew that business and successfully sold it to Euronet Worldwide (NYSE, EEFT). He continued with Euronet and helped grow it into the third largest remittance company in the World. In 2007, he co-founded Processa International, which is an international bill payment company, and successfully sold that to NetSpend (NYSE,NTSP) Austin Texas. 

1981, Cooper was appointed by President Lopez Portillo to position of Honorary Consul of Mexico

1981-2000 he was the only Consul between Washington DC and Atlanta Ga. for Mexico

Currently I am serving as Honorary Consul of Mexico

Also working with my investments and working on scholarships for needy Mexican Students. My wife and I are funding those privately.

We have funded college educations for several needy students. Recently awarded a four year scholarship for Mexican student to Wingate University
