Visa Information

The Commercial Service in Panama is part of the U.S. Embassy and defers all questions regarding visas to the Consular Section. U.S. citizens traveling to Panama generally do not need to obtain a Panamanian visa for short trips. Panamanians do require visas to enter the U.S., however.
