RPM Industries located in Washington, Pennsylvania, received the Export Achievement Award from Congressman Tim Murphy (PA-18) in 2013 for successfully entering export markets in Brazil. RPM Industries is a world-class manufacturer and exporter of engine prelube and oil evacuation systems for various industry sectors that utilize large diesel and gas engines. By taking advantage of the export counseling and signature Trade Winds event offered by the U.S. Commercial Service in Pittsburgh, RPM Industries was able to grow their business to meet market demand overseas while providing much needed jobs in Southwestern Pennsylvania.
The Export Achievement Award was created in 2001 by the U.S. Commercial Service to recognize small and medium-sized businesses that have successfully started exporting or that have successfully entered a new export market.
