2008 Export Achievement Awards

  • Dura-Tite Systems, LLC developed and introduced a revolutionary plastic fitting to the Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning industry in 2006. Through a combination of consulting and market research, the U.S. Commercial Service in conjunction with the other export assistance organizations, DuraTite Systems make their first export sale to Mexico and helped open up the Middle East Market in 2007.  Dura-Tite was awarded The Export Achievement Certificate at the U.S. Commercial Services and Gannon University SBDC Luncheon on August 12, 2008, following Congressman English's annual Business Development Conference and Expo.   The award was accepted by DuraTite’s CEO, James Karnes and Director of Marketing & Sales, Stacy Corapi.
