    June 9-12, 2012, Guangzhou, China – The California State Trade and Export Promotion program is working with the El Camino College Center for International Trade Development (CITD) and the U.S. Commercial Service to provide funds in support of joint participation of industrial and energy technology companies from California at the Guangzhou International Lighting Exhibition, the most influential and comprehensive lighting and LED industry event in Asia.

  • Minnesota Mission to Intersolar Trade Show
    Munich, Germany, June 11-15, 2012 - Intersolar is widely recognized as the premier showcase for solar industry. This mission will provide a platform for manufacturers, suppliers, wholesalers and service providers to showcase photovoltaics, PV production technology and solar thermal technology. Other activities include business matchmaking meetings with pre-qualified potential partners, distributors, end users or local industry contacts, meetings with officials responsible for energy regulatory and policies, and visits to German solar installations or manufacturing facilities. The application deadline is April 10.

  • California CleanTech Trade Mission to China
    Hong Kong, Chengdu, Nanjing, Yixing, and Qingdao, China, August 20-September 2, 2012 - Participants will join El Camino College Center for International Trade Development to experience five distinct Chinese regional trading cities and learn about cleantech business opportunities, present and promote their cleantech products or services to local and provincial decision makers, and participate in cleantech site visits and matchmaking sessions. The trade mission is supported by the California State Trade and Export Promotion (STEP) program with funding from the Small Business Administration. Space is available for 8–10 California companies, with an option to open up the mission to 5 non-California firms if their state can apply SBA funding to the trade mission. The application deadline is June 29.
