Power-Gen International 2009
In December 2009, leading energy trade show "Power-Gen International (PGI)" was the primary outreach platform for presenting U.S. energy expertise to Romania.CS Romania led a delegation of Romania's key energy players, including Nuclearelectrica, EnergoNuclear, CITON, Transelectrica and Romib Group. The event took place December 7-11, 2009 in Las Vegas, Nevada, where the Romanian delegates met with specialized U.S. companies, visited one of the U.S. largest hydropower projects (the Hoover Dam) and also attended a U.S. Power Generation industry briefing. The Romanian delegation also met with representatives of the U.S. Department of Energy and U.S. Trade and Development Agency.
