Energy Soiree
On February 24, 2010 The U.S. Commercial Service of the American Embassy launched the "Energy Soirees" series at the Radisson Hotel in Bucharest. The event featured Ministry of Economy State Secretary Tudor Serban as Guest of Honor who provided the participants with a chance to ask a broad range of questions regarding energy policy, the restructuring of the state energy companies, investment plans and future directions. The event drew an audience made of Romanian government officials, heads of energy utilities, private companies with investment, new technologies or U.S. companies on the market, and major project developers.
