Welcome to the Export and Trade Counseling Certification Training web page, created in partnership with the U.S. Commercial Service of the Department of Commerce, the Small Business Administration, and the Trade Promotion Coordinating Committee.
Your participation and successful completion of this training is a vital part of the National Export Initiative with its goal of doubling U.S. exports and supporting millions of jobs. The close relationship that small business counselors have with their clients uniquely positions you to play a key role in the global market growth of U.S. small businesses. It is crucial that small businesses embrace opportunities for growth through exports. We recognize and greatly appreciate your contributions to our communities and our Nation.
Below is a link to the certification tests at the two levels. You are free to take the tests without viewing any of the webinars. If you choose this approach and do not get the required number of answers correct, you will have the opportunity to review the webinars before taking the exam again. Please wait 24 hours before retaking the exam. The version you receive on the second try may be somewhat different than the first test.
