The Offshore Technology Conference 2014 (OTC14), supported by the International Buyer Program (IBP), is the world’s foremost event for the development of offshore resources in the fields of drilling, exploration, production, and environmental protection.
The U.S. Commercial Service is currently recruiting delegations from over 30 countries and will organize various programs at OTC14 to assist U.S. companies export their products and services to these markets.

- SHOWTIME Export Counseling Meetings will allow participating companies the opportunity to meet one-on-one with our U.S. Embassy oil and gas industry specialists at OTC14.
These industry specialists from around the world will be on hand to discuss market trends and opportunities for your business in their markets. They can help your company to expand its international reach. Additionally, representatives from the United States Small Business Administration and the Export-Import Bank of the United States will be available for meetings.

- The U.S. Export Interest Directory B2B introductory matchmaking program connects U.S. suppliers with interested international buyers. This is B2B Matchmaking with international buyers recruited and screened through the U.S Embassies that starts online and then moves to face-to-face meetings at OTC.

- Country briefings and procurement seminars highlighting oil and gas opportunities in certain markets will be organized during OTC14. These seminars will feature speakers from national oil companies, major international oil companies, and government officials.
