The Offshore Technology Conference 2014 (OTC14), supported by the International Buyer Program (IBP), is the world’s foremost event for the development of offshore resources in the fields of drilling, exploration, production, and environmental protection.

The U.S. Commercial Service is currently recruiting delegations from over 30 countries and will organize various programs at OTC14 to assist U.S. companies export their products and services to these markets.

  • COLOMBIA: Deepwater and Unconventional Exploration and Production (E&P)

    International oil and gas experts and government officials, such as Admiral Ernesto Durán González – Maritime and Port Authority in Colombia; Luis E. Ardila L. - Technical Vice President of the Colombian National Hydrocarbons Agency (ANH); and Carlos Alfredo Rodriguez – Colombian Petroleum Association (ACP), will discuss the best practices that can be applied in Colombia both in deepwater and unconventional operations.     SHOWTIME Export Counseling Meetings will allow participating companies the opportunity to meet one-on-one with our U.S. Embassy oil and gas industry specialists at OTC14.

    These industry specialists from around the world will be on hand to discuss market trends and opportunities for your business in their markets. They can help your company to expand its international reach. Additionally, representatives from the United States Small Business Administration and the Export-Import Bank of the United States will be available for meetings.
