In-Country Matchmaking: If your school works with study-abroad recruiters (or agents), we can put you in front of our network of pre-qualified recruiters who have experience placing Thai students in U.S. schools. When you visit Bangkok we will set up at least five meetings per day with qualified recruiters.
Local Education Expos/Fairs: Join our U.S. Pavilion at the OCSC International Education Expo, which is the largest international education fair in Thailand. In 2012, nearly 30,000 visitors attended the fair. Each year we also team up with the International Student Network (ISN) and Linden Tours to host local education fairs where U.S. schools can connect with students, parents, education counselors and study-abroad recruitment consultants. Contact us to learn about joining the next event.
Catalog Shows: If your school is busy traveling to other markets, why not have our education specialists represent your school’s marketing materials at one of our local USA education promotion events? We display your materials and collect contact information from students expressing interest in your programs. You follow up directly with the students.
In-Country Marketing: We work with your institution to craft a localized marketing campaign targeted at Thai students and parents. Examples of marketing outreach includes placements in print media, radio spots, public transit billboards, education magazines, YouTube videos, social media and websites, etc. Visit our Facebook page to see how we promote U.S. schools.
U.S. School Familiarization Trips: Interested in having study-abroad recruiters visit your campus? We hand pick recruiters and lead them on a familiarization tours of U.S. schools to give them a better understanding of each school’s international study programs, housing facilities and other accommodations offered to international students. During the exchange you will be able to learn about and discuss strategies for recruiting Thai students to your school.
Single School Promotion: Traveling to Bangkok? Why not make a presentation about your programs directly to students, parents, education counselors and study-abroad recruiters? Invitations to targeted groups go out under U.S. embassy letterhead and on the day of your event one of our embassy officials will open the program and introduce your school. We also video the program and upload the presentation to our YouTube channel. The one-hour program typically ends with a reception so that you have a chance for face-to-face networking.
