Lower Mekong Initiative Infrastructure Best Practices Exchange

The U.S. Department of State, in collaboration with the US-ASEAN Business Council, with participation from the Department of Commerce International Trade Administration and other U.S. government agencies, is hosting the Lower Mekong Initiative Infrastructure Best Practices Exchange in Hanoi, Vietnam, January 14-15, 2013. This conference will bring together senior government officials and private sector representatives from Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar, Thailand, Vietnam, and the United States to discuss best practices in infrastructure development and how the best practices can benefit the Lower Mekong sub-region. The conference will highlight targeted sectors such as information technology, transportation, power, and water and sanitation.
