U.S. Education Pavilion in Bangkok and Chiang Mai Fairs 2016

The U.S. Commercial Service, Thailand is recruiting a higher U.S. institution to join the U.S. Education Pavilion at the OCSC International Education Expo 2016, the largest international education fair in Thailand. The International Education Expo is hosted by the Office of the Civil Service Commission (OCSC).

The fair will include an education pavilion for international schools, universities and learning centers to provide information to potential students at the Siam Paragon Department Store, one of Bangkok’s premier shopping centers. Last year, we featured 32 U.S. institutions within the U.S. Education Pavilion: 23 universities, 3 community colleges, 2 high schools and 4 English Language training schools.

PTIS and Student Fairs - Chiang Mai

For school representatives who are interested in exhibiting a booth and outreaching to Thai students in Chiang Mai province. We will be exhibiting a booth at the Prem Tinsulanonda International School (PTIS) in the morning and organizing a seminar and student fair at Hotel in Chiang Mai in the evening.

Participation fee is $500 net, excluding air fares and lodgings expenses. Transportation from airport - school and school to hotel are provided.

  • Visit 2-4 international high schools (roundtrip transportation within Bangkok area)
  • Placement Day (roundtrip transportation from hotel to OCSC’s office)
  • U.S. Embassy Briefings by Consular and Commercial Service officers
  • Exhibiting at the U.S. Pavilion booth within the OCSC 2 day fair
  • Agents matching session
  • Promote your school in the e-booklet, our websites, and social media network
  • Two student fairs in Chiang Mai (optional)

Standard shell scheme package consists of hard wall system, fascia, 4 chairs, 1 information desk, 1 socket (5 Amp), 2 spotlights (100 W), needle punch carpet and 1 rubbish bin.
