In the case that the US Parent Company is the majority shareholder of the Thai company, branch office, joint venture, or partnership, the applying U.S. company, in addition to the above requirements, must also provide the following documents pertaining to its parent company for certification:
The above documents needed to be notarized by a Notary Public (no need to certify at the Thai Consulate) and submitted together with the Request Form for certification letter to the Commercial Service office for issuance of the certification letter. All documents listed above must be filed with the U.S. Commercial Service in GPF Witthayu, Tower A, 3rd Floor, Room 302, Wireless Road.
