Interested in International Business Opportunities & Expanding Global Sales?

Are you are looking to export or increase your international sales but not sure where to concentrate your efforts?

Did you know?

  • Export sales of U.S. Bakery Machinery totaled over $24 million to South America in 2012.
  • Nearby countries, Canada, Brazil, and Mexico, ranked as the top 3 countries respectively as importers of U.S. Bakery Machinery in 2012.
  • Due to tariff exemption derived from membership in CAFTA-DR, U.S. exports are at a distinct advantage in Central America and increasingly in the Dominican Republic where the demand for equipment has increased due to large hotel/resort projects being developed in the eastern part of the country.

The U.S. Commercial Service of the U.S. Department of Commerce in cooperation with IBIE has a solution for you! By investing just 20 minutes of your time with our Global Market Insight Program, you will have the opportunity to identify international markets for your product or service.

You will have 10 minutes to present your product or service to Commercial Specialists from U.S. Embassies and U.S. consulates in Brazil, Bulgaria, Canada, Chile, China, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, El Salvador, Honduras, Hungary, Indonesia, Mexico, Nicaragua, Peru, Russia, Turkey, and Ukraine* who following your presentation will provide feedback through 10 minutes of Q&A. After the show, you will receive a report containing their comments regarding market potential so you can strategically develop your export plan. You’ll also be introduced to your local Export Assistance Center who will guide you on how to pursue these markets by:

  • Finding an Appropriate Overseas Partner
  • Effective International Sales Strategies
  • Business Opportunities in Their Market
  • Best Practices on Exporting

There is no cost to participate in the Global Market Insight Program, but registration is required and you must be an IBIE exhibitor, in addition to a company with at least 51% U.S. Content.

* Specific countries are subject to change.
