The US Commercial Service Turkey offers internship opportunities throughout the year.
The U.S. Commercial Service assists U.S. companies entering the Turkish market and helps Turkish firms in their efforts to profit from their alliances with American companies either by representing American manufactures, utilizing American products, or through joint venture arrangements. To support these objectives, interns will assist in office analyses information on the Turkish market, facilitation of contacts with Turkish businesses, promotion of US products in the Turkish marketplace, and advocation of US business interests.

In order to participate in this program you must meet the following qualifications:
Students of Business Administration, Business Management, International Trade, Business Information Management, International Relations, Economics, and Languages will benefit most from an internship at the Commercial Service.
Selection is made without regard to considerations of race, color, national origin, religion, sex, marital status, or handicap. Every intern has to receive a positive security check by the U.S. Government prior to the start of an internship.
This internship is a volunteer service. Federal regulations prohibit financial compensation. An official letter of recommendation will be provided. Most universities will award 3-6 credits for a completed internship.
No Federal Government liability is assumed.
