U.S. Universities and Learning Institutions include:

• Universities/Institutions physically based, or with a campus in the U.S.; or
  
  
• Non-U.S. Universities/Institutions that operate active affiliate and/or exchange program with U.S. based institution(s) (i.e., exchange programs, partnerships/programs with U.S. universities, etc.). In this case, the user must register with US. address of the U.S.-based learning institution in order to be granted access.
