Gold Key Service
Description: Vietnam has two distinct markets: northern Vietnam is served by CS-Hanoi, and southern Vietnam (from Hue south) is served by CS-Ho Chi Minh City (formerly Saigon). Clients should plan to do separate Gold Keys in both markets if possible. If you are unsure of which market holds the best potential for you, we will advise you.
Vietnam Gold Key Matching Service includes:
- 3 - 5 pre-qualified meetings each day
- Briefing at US Embassy / Consulate
- Reservations at selected hotels at the U.S. Embassy/Consulate rate
- Follow-up assistance
- Transportation and Interpreter not included in base price. An extra charge of US$100 per day for car and driver and US$160 per day for an interpreter applies for service within metropolitan Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City. Additional transportation fees may apply for services outside of Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City.
The cost for a Gold Key program:
- SME Company*: US$700 for first day and $300 for each subsequent day.
- SME New-to-Export Companies using Service for first the time: US$350 for the first day.
- Large Company*: US$2,300 for the first day and $1,000 for each subsequent day.
* A Small or Medium-Sized Enterprise (SME) is defined as a firm with 500 or fewer employees or self-certified as a small business under Small Business Administration (SBA) regulations. A large company is defined as a firm with more than 500 employees. Subsidiaries will be classified based on the size of the parent company.
Lead-time: Four weeks lead time from receipt of catalogues is preferred.
