Gold Key Service

The Gold Key Service is designed to provide U.S. companies with personalized business contacts in the Palestinian market. It offers a full range of services including:

  • Assistance in developing a sound market entry strategy
  • One-on-one meetings with local businesses interested in joint ventures, licensing or agent/distributor agreements
  • Hotel reservations at a preferred rate
  • Background information on appointments
  • Escort by Commercial Specialist to meetings, if desired
  • Briefing/debriefing with Commercial Specialist regarding trade practices in the West Bank/Gaza, and with other Consulate agencies, depending on the client's interests
  • Participation Fee

Our Gold Key Service fees:

  • $700 for SME Companies*
  • $350 for SME Companies* new to export and using this service for the first time
  • $2,300 for Large Companies*

* A Small or Medium-Sized Enterprise (SME) is defined as a firm with 500 or fewer employees or self-certified as a small business under SBA regulations. A large company is defined as a firm with more than 500 employees. Subsidiaries will be classified based on the size of the parent company.

To initiate a Gold Key Service in the West Bank/Gaza, U.S. companies should provide the following information, not less than 4 weeks in advance of their planned trip:

  • To initiate the service please download our Gold Key Service Application Form and fax to:++972-2-623-5132
  • 15 sets of company literature and marketing material, including price list
  • Credit card payment (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover)

Product literature (including price quotations) is necessary to help us understand your needs and will also help to attract prospective partners to the interviews. Please ensure that we receive official company literature in sufficient quantity at least one month prior to your arrival. Company and product literature should be marked “Product Literature Only - No Commercial Value” and should be sent via courier (FedEx, DHL, UPS, etc.) to the following address:
